I’m that façade
     etched in brick
you brought to bear on one level

Opened
     able to close
connecting landscape to sky

it’s fine
     it’s blue
a public secret for the greater good

dark lions
     freeze
near portals limned with prey

sun-backed
     moon-streaked
it all adds up and it’s enough
